Ken Salazar was working on the Cape Wind commercial wind turbine permit while the Gulf oil platform was on fire! Soon after the platform sank into the Gulf Ken traveled to Massachusetts to announce that he had approved the Cape Wind permit! Salazar investigated the world-famous offshore wind project and the mitigation fees!
We need to review all the agreements on "mitigation fees" ! Who, what, where, when and why are people and agencies both private and public agencies getting "mitigation fees" ?
